You have to ask yourself why would any repossession company offer you the full value of your property when they could go to any estate agents in the UK and look to achieve around 10% to 15% off the market price. As the current economy is still crumbling and as you know the house market is not moving at all. There are estate agencies closing down every where you look and sadly it look’s like the credit crunch is with us for a while. So why would any repossession company offer you full value. It’s a scam so beware. There are a number of ways that this could happen to you and the sad fact is these people have no regard for your circumstances and if you find yourself in a situation please seek some independent legal advice and also you should speak to Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards just so you can get your bearings. We hope you have a stress free experience whomever you decide to turn to. Just remember when it’s to good to be true beware as we all know nothing is for free and those company’s that offer you 100% we feel in are opinion have a hidden agenda.

What to ask?

► Why would you pay us 100% of the market value on my property?

► Where would you cover your legal cost , HIPS, stamp duty, searches?

► Where would you cover your outgoing cost such as staff, offices, phones and advertising?

► Why would you rent me back my home for less then the market value?

► Where would you make your profit?

► Why wouldn’t you just buy from any estate agent if your paying 100% or even 90%?

► Would you agree to sign a legal contract saying you will pay the full market value on completion?
